However imo our choice to believe in GE or FE will not have consequences (or repercussions) when we face Judgement Day.
As per Christian belief, believing in FE of GE does not mean you believe in Jesus less or follow Him less

ur not seeing the big picture....ur belief in GE or FE is not DIRECTLY having consequences, it is everything else that belief moves towards.

we (humans) are a stupid species, we are easily manipulated and controlled....fact.....our ego (or Pride) tries to convince us otherwise
during our lifetime, we all have, at one point in our lives, have been the victim of a scam.....any scam, little or big.....like a fake lottery, or buying a car that was a lemon, or a million other examples where you (the victim) was duped somehow.
when this happens, you feel something right? first u may feel shame or embarrassment like "OMG, how could I be so stupid to fall for that??" and u bang the table or slap ur forehead.
then u may feel anger, like "Grrr how dare they rip me off!!"
now try to imagine those feelings and amplify the feelings by a thousand fold....
we have been duped, I kid you not....we fell for the biggest scam of all time....the globe earth.
Now stop right there.......most peoples ego will not be able to handle this, and simply deny it or laugh it off......this shit is hard to accept, I know this better than most.
If we can be dumb enough to fall for a little scam, then why not a huge scam? we were dumb 6000 years ago when we thought eating the fruit from the Forbidden Tree was a good idea.......and we are still dumb today....

Put your ego & pride aside please, look at the FE and see the truth. Use your freewill and choose the truth, not lies.

And how do you honestly say you don't suffer from confirmation bias?

You literally just said "I don't know what's right. But even though I don't know, I know." You're a lair. You're not interested in finding truth, you're interested in massaging that tiny part of your brain that gives you your false sense of smug superiority in the middle of a world that looks down on you for being so downright stupid.
