4 chinese garlic
2 bottles of whole peeled tomatoes+tomato juice. Should be 4, but i forgot i had used 2. So buy 4.
1 glass, bottle or tube of 130 grams of tomato paste, or about so.
1 bottle, 70 cl, red wine (yes)

Mushrooms
Dairy butter
Chop onions+garlic. Add ground salt+pepper. Fry onions+garlic in dairy butter, stir well, about 20 minutes.
While stirring, empty whole tomatoes to a bowl and cut off the stem ends with scissors and remove them, without losing the liquid.
Add tomato paste, stir well and fry it.
Add tomatoes and tomato liquid. Stir well.
Add red wine. Keep stirring.
Cut murshrooms in large pieces, 2 cm x 2 cm (1 inch x 1 inch). Salt+pepper. Fry in a side pan with no butter or oil, while stirring, for about 15 minutes.
Add mushrooms+kidney beans to pot. Let boil, then turn off heat, leave for 30 minutes. Stir slowly while it's cooling.
Serve with meat of choice, or with pasta, and/or as it is, vegetarian.
