And? Hydrogen is extremely flammable.

He thinks humanity is stupid and under the influence of a massive conspiracy against using hydrogen as a clean burning fuel that produces water as the by product. He refuses to understand efficiency ( lack there of ) involved in spending energy to create the hydrogen fuel compared with the already existing carbon based fuels that are ready to combust as found.

So you think, nothing happens to the Oxygen? That is a claim - i need a scientific citation for that.
And regardless - i already showed it can "burn", when it combines with hydrogen and detonates creating a supersonic sound wave explosion and physical force.
This is how Hydrogen fuel cells work, you just don't understand science, just the pop-science propaganda you're programmed to believe. Tell me more how you feel Oxygen is a noble gas.

When I said nothing happens I meant it does not ignite and form a jet of flame like a propane or butane tank for example
It will act as an oxidizer and support or enhance the combustion and form compounds (like CO2) for example depending on fuel used

You actually showed the fuel burning with oxygen supporting it

Here's an example of a propane tank and oxygen tank used
Like I said the propane on its own ignites and forms a jet of flame with a spark
When you add the pure oxygen the flame decreases in size but burns with a more concentrated hotter flame

Now when you use the oxygen tank on its own and try to ignite it (like the lighter used in the vid) It does not ignite and form a jet of flame like the propane tank

If you really want to prove Oxygen is flammable you need to show a vid of it being used alone with out any other fuel like propane or hydrogen

I'm sure he read an article watched a video about converting his car to running on Brown's gas to double his fuel economy and somehow morphed it into the oxygen discussion.

Here's another example of oxygen being used on a cigarette

The cigarette burns harder and faster as its flame gets oxidized
Again the Oxygen does not ignite in a jet of flame like the propane tank

just some observations from that video:
1. no proof that the large cylinder has actual oxygen in it, just a sticker claiming it.
2. we can't see the tanks and pipes being used, he just turns the valves and moves camera to end of pipe, not showing if the pipes are leading somewhere else off camera.

just saying that it is a potentially misleading video. props for making the attempt though.

That's why I also showed the cigarette vid as well
However the system does behave like a usual propane + oxygen system and you can only see 2 gas pipes on the taps leading towards the gas tanks

Since you disagree lets see your vids then.
Show a tank of oxygen used on its own, igniting a jet of flame like a propane tank.

well for starters, I'm not making any claims about oxygen being able to make a jet flame.
my original discussion involved the statement about compressed air being flammable.

all the arguments happening in here recently seem to be caused by the terms used and not by actual gases or elements.
you all seem to need to firstly agree on what are some definitions:
burn/flammable/combustion/detonate/oxidize
maybe agree on what these mean ^ first

Thats fine. However Card is making the claim that o2 is flammable . If so it should ignite like a propane tank but it doesn't

Even with compressed air (assuming the air we breath compressed. )
If it is flammable then blowing from a compressor should do the same .

Lets take the def flammable
-Material that ignites easily and burns rapidly with a flame, easily set on fire; that will burn readily or quickly

We agree here?

I'm done discussing this side topic since it was made clear no-one wanted to address the issue of the missing 126k litres of fuel storage.
The only argument presented was cartoon drawings and speculation. If Boeing is hiding a free-energy secret from the world, then naturally this will be difficult to expose.
So I am putting this side topic to rest for now. I'm not stopping Card or anyone else from discussing it, I'm (personally) just done with it.
