It is not flammable. It supports the fire. It means, If you have a spark or a match fire, nothing happens, it will blow away. But if the whole building is on fire around it and it explodes due to heat rising the inner pressure and weakens the container, it rapidly decompresses (I didn't use the word: explosion on purpose.) Oh! Not really related, but There is a cool video on youtube, a kid fills a vacuum chamber with only methane, and oxygen through a tiny pipe and combusts it! So it is oxygen fire in a methane atmosphere (it is the name of the video too XD ) so, in this set you could say, the oxygen is flammable and methane supports is XD
