It is not flammable. It supports the fire. It means, If you have a spark or a match fire, nothing happens, it will blow away. Oh! Not really related, but There is a cool video on youtube, a kid fills a vacuum chamber with only methane, and oxygen through a tiny pipe and combusts it! So it is oxygen fire in a methane atmosphere (it is the name of the video too XD ) so, in this set you could say, the oxygen is flammable and methane supports is XD
