Frozen pasta carbonara, with ham, peas, mushrooms and cheese sauce. I fried diced chicken breast first, in dairy butter, salt, pepper, then added more onions+garlic, then more mushrooms. Fried well with more salt+pepper, then added the frozen carbonara. I generally don't like, and try to steer away from, frozen dishes like that, but this one is nice. Also added gryos spice mix, and dried basil. Damn tasty.
