This wasn't the SWAT team. This was regular line level Wichita police.
This event will set a precedence I feel.
What really happened is the guy opened the door, and is being told to come out. He's probably like what the fuck is going on.
Looks out into the spotlight and instinctively raises his hands to block the light. Then shot.
This will set a precedent because his actions were innate, instinctive human nature. Pure innocence at play here. Father of two kids as well. This is one of the worse police shootings imo, and I hope the weight of this killing forever drags down the officer for his entire life.
