I guess you dont remember i debunked your "de facto" claim, ill go over it again for the slower crowd.
"de facto" in Law describes practices that exist in reality, no one is denying your faith and trust that gravity exists, and that the masses are programmed to believe in magic forces.
God could be described as a "de facto" believe cause the consensus still believes in a higher power. Does the idea :other people believe in God, prove that God exists - i hardly think so.
