you dudes in Norway sure know how to make some strange dishes
i gess thats because grain not grows there (just like in the Netherlands, thats why we eat potatoes 6times per week)
and how about veggie growing in Norway?
eating luunch myself:
Italian bol(small bread, spiced), with Rambol nut cheese from France
Alright, admittedly i do that slightly on purpose ^^ But that is really just half a frozen pizza and two cheese dogs ^^
We grow grain ^^ But yes i think we import some, but also export some .. idk.. seems to be a complex thing. The food industry magnates makes billions, but we still import grain. Idk how it all works. But there are millions of acres of grain fields.. every summer i practice on identifying the four grains .. straight from wikipedia: "
In Norway, four species are grown: Barley, oats, wheat and rye, and to some extent maize. In a normal year, around 1.3 million tonnes of grain are harvested."
But yes, potato is also grown big here.
Nice food :)
