Oh u mean how there’s a differential without a container at every elevation on earth? Where’s the barrier on the way up mt Everest?
Or how water boils at different altitudes?
Hmmmmmm
Normal atmospheric Air pressure is not listed in Tor Values for a reason - because they are not the same.
Air pressure is defined as its particles bouncing off the walls of a container, the proof that there is a contain is the fact we have pressure.
If you're eating a Medium rare striploin steak, did you need to prove Cows Exist?
Gradient pressure has to do with temperature, kinetic energy and air composition,
but there still needs to be a contain or barrier between air and a vacuum.
