a normal balloon is not using compressed O2 or O3 and is just expelling into normal air, so is it not an explosion

I'm not about to do 30 years of research or have billions of dollars to build multiple Jet Engines to prove stuff to you.
But clearly the evidence suggest that this is quite possible even though i dont know the pressure differentials, temperature changes or exact processes involved. If i did, i certainly wouldn't be wasting my time on this website full of combustion cavemen and fake skeptics.

The whole reason a balloon gets bigger is because the air pressure inside is higher than the pressure outside. By definition, it is therefore "compressed." When you pierce a pressurized balloon, it "explodes," complete with a bang. There's simply not an explosion. Because air is not explosive. Oxygen is not explosive.
