You just need to book passage on 1 ship or plane with a friend or 2 (as witnesses) and make a trip there to see and document (maybe film and take photos)
Touch the dome and test that it impenetrable
Many people have taken trips to Antarctica

Building a rocket or hiring one is way more expensive and you'd probably say cgi ...etc if you don't take the trip with me
