I don't take in that many calories anymore but I Try to eat about 1000 calories in each of my 2 meals a day...
It's really hard to get large amounts of calories when u only eat food that's highly nutritional.... Especially when u eat 0 sugar and 0 empty carbs
I mostly only eat meat, nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruits and some breads and grains.
I eat a handful of hempseed everyday. That shit is the most nutritional thing u can eat
