Lost 10lbs Atleast... I've been really strict with my diet lightly too.. No sugar at all. Only from fruits. And I've been eating less shitty carbs.

And I just started lifting again for the first time in 2 years. Only been working out for like a week or 2 so far tho.

Hopefully I'll see some gains soon or I'll just stop lifting like I stopped before cuz I wasnt gettin bigger fast enough


health and fitness is a long term goal. i have 3k or more calories a day and only put on weight slowly, but im not in any rush^^

I don't take in that many calories anymore but I Try to eat about 1000 calories in each of my 2 meals a day...

It's really hard to get large amounts of calories when u only eat food that's highly nutritional.... Especially when u eat 0 sugar and 0 empty carbs

I mostly only eat meat, nuts, seeds, vegetables, fruits and some breads and grains.

I eat a handful of hempseed everyday. That shit is the most nutritional thing u can eat

thats a pretty strict diet, i eat loads of shit. and yeah you wanna be getting at least 800 calories more from somewhere. maybe chicken and rice? or pasta and tuna.

Ya exactly... That's why I eat such huge meals... And it makes it easier not worrying about what to eat for lunch cuz I don't get hungry when I eat a shit load of nutritional food and no garbage food.

Sugar is the worst for your body man... It's hard to cut it out but I'm doing it and I feel like a million bucks without it
