Lost 10lbs Atleast... I've been really strict with my diet lightly too.. No sugar at all. Only from fruits. And I've been eating less shitty carbs.
And I just started lifting again for the first time in 2 years. Only been working out for like a week or 2 so far tho.
Hopefully I'll see some gains soon or I'll just stop lifting like I stopped before cuz I wasnt gettin bigger after I put in so many hours of work.
