This is the perspective of the sky - the exact same as the earth plane we live on except it is in the sky plane.

Sun appear to be going but is it really going down to the horizon or does it just appear that way because of perspective?

Perspective is not a 2 d flat side view and incorrect thinking that the Horizon is the curve of the Earth.

Think of the Horizon as your Perspective Horizon.

Exactly who is claiming the horizon is "up"?

We've all seen you making the false assumption that the horizon is "up", but just because nobody has the energy to challenge this pseudo-scientific claim, does not make it valid.

I know things are real hard for you to understand , so get a globe and a ruler - dont orient the ruler like in that top photo but perpendicular like an actual perspective would be - does that look level?
