LS item prices:
Whites:
lvl 0-15 do not sell.
20 - 1 fg sometimes sells.
25 - 1-2 fg
30 - 3-4 fg
35 - 5-6 fg
40 - 7-10 fg
45 - 20-30 fg
50 - 40-50 fg
55 - 90-100 fg
Bad welling event = lower price
Good welling event = higher price.
Mutables:
t3: 8+
lvl 5: 8+
lvl 10: 6+ Stats
lvl 15: 5+ Stats
lvl 20: 4+ Stats

for level 10-20 items, add 1 fg per 2 added properties.

For mythical+ 55 items try 30 fg + 7 fg per additional property
These are fairly accurate.
I have sold whites for double all listed when the whites are all sold out and people just want to well at any cost. But usually those are good sell lvls
