Not really a tip. When you got to go you go. Especially when you drink some water before going to bed.

Dude you should never drink water right before bed. If you have the wrong dream, you will end up pissing your bed.

If I feel thirsty I drink even if going before bed. If I feel like going for a piss I wake up and go like an adult.

There is something terribly wrong if you wet your bed past your teens. I would get it checked out.

I will probably regret saying the following but what the heck:

I have peed myself in bed for exactly two times as an adult. Both times I went to bed with a full bladder. Forgot to void myself before hand, :lol:

Also, your bladder wakes you up in the middle of the night telling you to go pee?

99% of the time I don't need to wake. It's not like I drink gallon of water before going to bed either. We are only talking here 1 or half a glass of water.
