If it were pay by talent, most of the tech metal scene would be multi millionaires in no time. Many of those in the scene come from classical backgrounds with heavy music theory attached and
even include bits of what they studied in their music from time to time.Unfortunately we do not reward musical talent with funding, quite the opposite.
