Why do you assume tens of millions of people have to be in on it?
Are you not capable of using logic and rational thinking? If almost everyone has been deceived into believing a lie about the shape of the earth, then what other lies are we buying into?

Airplane pilots wouldn't have a clue. They are so busy doing cockpit/instrument checks and cross-checks, endless procedures & flight protocols, and paperwork for every flight flown.
They have been deliberately trained to do all these extra little tasks so that they must be focused on the job. And just like numerous other professions, Pilots are unknowingly controlled with the "fear porn" by the reinforcing of the ingrained belief "YOU are personally responsible for the hundreds of lives of passengers and crew."
The entire purpose is to keep Pilots distracted and focused on the job, so that they have no time to stop and smell the roses or notice a flat landscape out the cockpit, or that the plane never dips its nose once it has reached cruising altitude.

The very few Pilots who have noticed things that conflict with what they were told/taught are normally to frightened to say anything, for fear of ridicule or loss of employment.

Have you even noticed how some people (including yourself) have reacted to this topic? The instant reaction of "NUH NUH NUH! Not possible! Just a conspiracy. NUH NUH NUH!"
This is standard and classic Denial Syndrome.
You don't want to accept this truth of the flat earth because it is frankly scary stuff to take in. Your ego (pride) takes over and tries to calm you down by telling you "these guys are retarded, don't worry, you know everything".

I'm not here to try and solicit money or anything else from you. I just want to share the truth with all of you. I'm telling you all this with genuine love for my fellow man.

I actually started in this thread a long time ago by asking you guys to prove your case.

You failed, because every time I poked a hole in your logic you responded with conspiracies, untestable theories, or refusal to answer.

Even now I've asked you about ten times to explain how to predict what a given scene will look like using "the law of perspective" but you can't. I even offered to perform an experiment on an agreed upon flat surface and you wouldn't give me a prediction for how far the ground would appear to "rise" over a given distance. When you actually give me testable hypothesis that suggest a flat Earth I'll run with it and do the requisite experiments, until then I'll continue to accept the overwhelming evidence that can be collected with a high school level knowledge of physics and trigonometry.

high school level education....the act of memorizing some information that was told to you, and then repeating it back in written form of a test. The subject who was able to memorize the most and repeat it back receives a higher grade or certificate than the subject who could not remember as much.
This does not make you "smarter" or have a higher intelligence. This is just another lie you believe. But I won't stop your ego from convincing you how special that Diploma or Bachelor is.

You refuse to do your "experiment" because you don't understand the law of perspective and convergence and you won't know what the results of the experiment mean. Just swallow your pride and do the experiment, and I will try my best to explain the results to you in a way you may understand.

It all ended with you saying the sun appears the same size due to magnification caused by water in the atmosphere

You suggested water in the atmosphere to be in gas form. (which does not cause magnification)
