I like to beat the eggs .. just add a little bit of cream. Adding too much of anything liquid i think ruins the consistency and flavor.

Bacon was actually the cheapest brand and just good enough. Still 13$ a kilo though so it's friggin expensive .. just buy that maybe once a third month.
