They never do. It doesn't matter even if you could prove that you didn't break any of the outlined rules in the court of law beyond a shadow of a doubt you are still guilty.
North Korea has better justice system. If someone could give me just one example where a warn was reversed and an apology was issued for wrongful punishment I am prepared to reconsider.
