i always have my coffee around 12 during my lunch break. otherwise its just boring but healthy water.

I very rarely drink, but when I do, I don't care when I drink it. I pretty much just take tiny sips throughout the day.

I drink a tall cup of water approximately 24oz immediately when I wake up. So 5am I start drinking, you’re dehydrated after 8 hours sleep with no bevvy intake
