I definitely wouldn't agree to that, I would just let you not talk to me.
If you had specified "I can agree for the sake of argument" then we would have a different case, but you didn't. You said you don't see anything wrong with the statements I made, then continued to make arguments based on what you had previously agreed to.
The only reason you had to backtrack is because you saw a clear conflict between your beliefs, and the only way to salvage them was to lie.
