you love gravy
Ten points ^^ I call it sauce. Beefstock sauce, and added a good portion of the stock from the pork ^^ Tasty as can be.
~1.5 liter sauce
100 grams dairy butter
100 grams flour
Melt butter in iron cast pot or pan. Whisk in flour until browned. Turn off heat.
Whisk in 1-2 dl of heavy cream. Add a good portion of freshly ground salt and pepper, and 3-4 tablespoons of powdered beef stock. It will become a very thick gravy consistency.
When potatoes and veggies is nearly boiled, turn on heat again, gradually add water from it while whisking. About 5 dl.
Add any stock from fried meat. Keep heating the sauce while whisking, until it thickens. Add more vegetable stock and spices until happy with consistency and flavor, but it should be good as it is. Leave for 5 minutes before serving.
