Humans can survive in a vacuum, they cant survive in a the vacuum of space exposed to the radiation.
All you need to survive in a vacuum is an oxygen tank. (assuming the atmosphere isnt violently ripped out of w/e room you're in, instantly killing whom ever is inside it)

The bigger issue in space is the part of your body facing the sun will be like 400°F and the part facing away from the sun will be like -300°F.
Your blood would boil/freeze inside of your body before you could die from lack of oxygen. (near instantly most likely)
