That looks nice. Christmas time, is it? Well this bad boy is going in the oven tomorrow. The cut is named "tynnribbe", translation says "Pork belly (cut after 4th and last rib, skirt off) bone in", although this cut has no bones ^^ usually only once a year thing this.

They are mine he just posted for me.
They were in some like sauce with feta and lil cherry tomatoes was so good.
