It says "It's true whether or not you believe in it." It is not a complex sentence, even a non native speaker like me could understand it

I find it Hillarious! Okay then, explain me the asteroids please. How do they exist under the dome, why don't we see them with naked eye, there are thousands of kilometer long asteroids, and they reflect a lot of light. 12000miles is not that much, we should be able to see the bigger ones.
