Okay, so you have another logical fallacy.... Actually, let me tell you a different story. In the 1950s, doctors conducted studies and found that families that sit down and enjoy a meal together are statistically more healthy than those that do not. After multiple subsequent studies it was revealed that more wealthy families "sit down" as an act to eat dinner. So the benefit that appeared originating from "sitting down" and all of the positive indicators of health were associated to their higher wealth, and more free time, completely unrelated to the intervention of "sitting down to eat"
My point being, you've drawn an unusual conclusion from a very small dataset, without looking at a variety of other factors.
