The key would be this:
2 Peter 3:8 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day.
So God created the world in six days, and rested on the seventh day according to genesis. Thus we can, using this line of scripture, assume that the entire history of earth should span a total of 7000 years. If we consider the fact that the last 1000 years will be the reign of Jesus Christ, that means he will come back at exactly the year 6000.
Using the genealogies provided in the bible and the lifespan written in the genealogies we can calculate the approximate years until the birth of Jesus (roughly 3500)
Then you must study the number 3.5 in the bible and recognize that Jesus died for three and a half days. Also 3.5 is known as
"for a time, times, and an half." it is an extremely prophetic number, making it very plausible that Jesus came down to earth exact at the 3.5 mark, also known as the year 3500.
If the current calendar date is accurate, we are in the year 2022 after the death of Christ. Add that onto 3500 and we will arrive at 5522.
In other words, Christ should be coming back in approximately 478 years.
The tribulation will begin seven years before Christ comes back, at approximately 5993.
