With 30% you shouldn't be posting about rule changes. Know your role.

Background:
I'm not sure if this is a bug, or a feature request, but it appears that at 30% warn users can still embed things from sources other than youtube. The ask here is either to correct the bug, or uniformly disallow media embedding at 30% warn. I am unable to reproduce the bug as I don't have the minimum warn to test, but OnChair reports in the below thread that they can embed .mp4 files from sites that are not specifically youtube. (Example, bitchute, or Imgur)

Expectation:
