i prefer to do 8 reps to failure but yea, its disheartening to go from 155easy to 115 struggling (also i doubt its very sexy for gay dudes)

Been there man. I've gotten injured and had to take over a month off. It sucks coming back and being weak. Muscle memory is a thing though, you can get back on more easily than it was to get there the first time

Quinoa is honestly so delicious that I have a hard time believing that it's as healthy as it is. Ive enjoyed it five days a week every week for over two months now. Unlike jedra which I am very sick of but still eat regularly for the nutritional benefits

Ham is one of those things I will never spend a lot of money on, but grocery stores tend to stock up way too much on it and then literally almost give it away when it doesn't sell. I got an eight pounder for 10 bucks, my thrifty ass can't turn that down
