Finishing words: I am sure that most of them viewed me as an idiot, incompetent and such. But the truth is, i was so dead tired and frazzled from the first 4 years and my upbringing, that i may have conducted myself in a more back-holding way, i.e. not taking as much of a forward role as they expected me to. Yet, many of them were not very unlike myself. I mean in the way of conducting themselves. They did not work faster than me either. So they had NO reason to act the way they did towards me.

I've been conflicted all these years if it was me that was doing a bad job, i.e. me that was truly and idiot, or the environment then that was unsupportive and irregular. But "doing a bad job" or "being an idiot" is down to circumstances. I did regularly good job, but at times, i failed, and due to that, i quit that job too. Or, i got fired, under ridiculously stupid CIRCUMSTANCES. I could 100% certain legally opposed it and win, but i was very finished with the entire company.

The point is, when you're lucky early on in life, you will usually succeed. When you're unlucky with curcumstances, you will not have the energy or focus you need to process the details. That is why i don't use words like "idiot" or "incompetent", unless there is faulty leadership. That is when i think people should realize they should rather go on the social benefits than ruin other people's lives.

Successful training the is about the trainee's ability to retain information shotgunned at them.
This goes well with the experience you will gain.
Training + experience is the move.
Everyone is "trained" at a new job in some capacity no matter the experience.
I couldn't just walk into another IT environment without in house training on how they function, and what tools they use that are different than what I know.
Lack of common sense outside the work place cannot be helped, but those people can excel in the workplace oddly enough.
Those people are all around us.
