Ofc i ripped it out and say no thank
Now they put it upstairs in the public space.
War-alarms because my neighbor was smoking with his door open.
He pulls it out, and says: if i hear it 1 more time, i throw it with the thrash.
Or maybe learn to follow the rules and quit smoking inside. That makes the whole house disgusting and require a ridiculous amount of cleaning and fixing later in time. Go outside like everyone else.
