That sounds so good. In Montréal, there used to be a chain of spaghetti restaurants that had these bread stations in the middle of the restaurant. They had all kinds of butters, e.g., garlic, spicy, different herbs, etc..., you can coat slices of the freshly backed breads with the butters and then toast them on the grills that were a part of that station. Man. I had trouble leaving space for the main food/course. The breads toasted with butter were awesome!
