I’ve done carnivore in the past to heal some digestive issues. Not for weight loss I’ve always been pretty lean. Probably the best I’ve ever felt. I need to hop back on it.

Sometimes my long-haired dog looks like one of those old movie actresses with her hair blowing in the wind. But its on my couch.
