My old boss took 6 weeks off, got it extended by 2-3 weeks, then a few months later was able to take another 6 weeks... idk how he did it but god damn he fucked the system.

On my first kid I took 4 weeks holidays and added 1 month parental leave to that. When 6/8 weeks passed I sent in my 2 weeks notice of resignation and never came back to work. Easy

My current job is great and my boss is amazing so I'm just taking 4 weeks parental leave. Not gonna screw him over
