I just think it's outrageous how today's iMAC can't just play newer games in an easy to understand way. Steve Jobs wouldn't have allowed that. For example you can't play Diablo IV or Diablo II: Resurrected on an iMAC without knowing how to set it up. Involves too many complicated steps for the average person to figure it out. Go back to 1999 when iMAC prioritized gaming. That is the vision Steve Jobs once had (RIP) but they haven't been about gaming in well over a decade sadly.
The one older game an iMAC can still play smoothly (plug and play easy) is Heroes of the Storm. LOL. Which I still play once or twice a week. But yeah, I play D2R and D3 (rarely) on the Nintendo Switch. But I believe I can always convert my D2R characters on the Switch to the PC version anytime I want through the cross-progression option from my battle.net account.
My nephews have a PS5 and XBOX One X. I just don't like a lot of the newer games anyway. I prefer retro games and action-RPGs. Maybe some MOBA.
