1) 950 stone = increased batch production 3 instead of 2 for same price = -33.3% costs of cavalry
2) 800 stone = free gold from Stockyard (free upgrades, and later gold dump in gold costing horse or siege)
3) 800 stone = +2 armor and +20health, unique upgrade
4) 200 stone = +10% sheep farm rate
5) 350 stone = +50% military production speed
6) 400 stone = +10% sheep farm rate (imperial age)
