They're basically all the same. They shouldn't be breaking after only a year or less. Just don't buy the ones at the gas station and you should be fine. I'd recommend using laptop charges instead of regular as they charge faster, and after years of use they haven't had a negative impact on any of my devices.

I only use oem I've tried cheap and expensive they all are ass and never last as long as oem. My guess is subpar copper that gets brittle. To many resellers and drop shippers now days that disguise garbage as a quality items

I dont have issue with chargers they last a long time. I usually get myself brand cables like Samsung since but seems they are just same low quality thin copper cables like everyone else.
