When you talk to the average person, do not say things like, "Let's fight the government", not even "Let's resist the government". Regular people are very sensitive to that kind of talk. They will immediately chalk you up to one of those violent domestic terrorist type if you talk like that. So no revolutionary talk. Instead, just be someone that they can talk to. Especially problems that are a direct result of harmful policies of the Regime, who hates the average person. There should be many such grievances and for now, your job is to listen. Don't try to push anything yet. Let them know that they are not alone in their struggles. And just be a good friend. Then, once the political party arrives, gently introduce it to them. This party, when done right, should become very popular with the masses very fast.
Also, do not go to a library to look up books on CIA wrongdoings. Do not place an order, either online or in-store, to buy such books, either. If you must get your hands on such a book, my understanding is that there are underground scenes where you can buy books like that. I don't know how these scenes work, but you must be extremely cautious, as feds most certainly send plants to those types of places to see who are buying those books. Finally, a word on soneone who openly criticizes the CIA but is still alive: he is probably a plant.
