I googled silverfish to see what that was so thank you I now know what those bugs are called. My garage is infested with them. They’re my gym bros. I see one in the house occasionally but only in the bathroom.
They like wet and moist environments so your stanky gym & bathroom make perfect sense.
If you see them in areas that aren't meant to be moist you likely have some leaks.
Also iirc they eat mold
I won’t kill insects but wasps though…. We’re going scorched earth.
