The current owner is a friendly farmer who owns multiple properties in the area. Rented the place with my best friend, it was cheap for such an awesome house. Only once did the old lady ghost physically attack me, but I deserved it. The old lady ghost had more of a problem when my best friend got married and his wife moved in.
