Its been decades since going to a fair. Last one was in Malone, NY.
Yours sounds like the perfect day. What I remember was the huge area where you can exchange tickets for right off the bbq chicken.

hell yeah i love corndogs. when i lived in the north east we had a huge fair in mass called big e based around new England stuff id go every year just for the food.
