I've got that hyper focus type of ADHD that means if it's on a list, I'll avoid it and procrastinate completing the list because it bothers me.
Instead, I've just adopted a routine schedule that feels rewarding without the need to stress about needing it to be done. Sounds OCD, but every day of the week follows the same routine, so nothing falls behind.
Setbacks are different than falling behind, I can tolerate setbacks in renovations , but I can't handle when I'm behind my schedule, stresses me tf out
