Trying to rent out your garage as a domicile is wild
I'd never have strangers in my house, even for a weekend.
Idea is to have 2 apartments in a house for friends from abroad that want to enjoy holidays in Croatia and stay here for a while for free.
Garage is part of the house, built of bricks, hydro and thermally insulated and has direct entrance from the lower apartment hallway.
Only problem is hole in a wall!
