I just wanna touch it, maybe it would make me idioticly intelligent and gorilla grip strong... Very very cool... it looks like sorceress skill that's not in d2. But could be. Almost like frozen orb without the spikes.. or mephisto cold skull orb ... Could be cool to just have the sorc summon a ball of lightning, that stayed in 1 place, maybe increasing in circumference in very small increments until it blasts apart, and of course increase damage, by every skill level, and damages enemies as long as they touch it or is in contact with it. That would be cool.
And/or maybe some other effect. Swap it with thunderstorm, that is so weak. I've tried it. It doesn't even one-shot weak enemies in hell. It should cause an immensely high damage for the slow rate of fire it has.
It's pretty cool. Ameriga shure has everything.
