Heh .. you know.. when i worked in the warehouse job, i walked All day ... every day .. also while carrying things... lol.. or.. not all day though, drove truck for hours too. But .. up, down, walk here, walk there, carry here, carry there. Sort this, sort that. I ate kebab pizza 2-3 times a week, and STILL didn't gain weight. 95 kg there about. Crazy.
But yes. You are correct, actually. I should go for more walks. It really is good for the hips, legs, and all that.
Here is the stuff i mentioned, lol. It doesn't even hang right. But i had to shake it well to get it loose. So it's really -okay ... it's just not good ENOUGH....
