no need for supplements. just eat better food if you think you're deficient in something.


I have. I didn't really get great benefits from it (noticeably). We're all different though. I do think a majority of supplements are b.s though. Eat healthy, and exercise and your body will balance its self out.

Have whole black pepper corn at home? Take three, pop them in your mouth and crack the shell and a terpene that helps anxiety is released.

Yes, I took it for a while back when my anxiety was somewhat manageable! It worked for awhile but then one day it flip flopped on me and started making my anxiety worse! :)

Chamomile tea works pretty well if you're looking for some natural anxiety relief! Of course, what works well for someone might not work well for another! It's all about trying different ones and seeing what works well for you personally! :D
