its a supplement that supposed to be an anxiety relief- but taken the recommended dose,
and haven't felt a difference.

Yes, I took it for a while back when my anxiety was somewhat manageable! It worked for awhile but then one day it flip flopped on me and started making my anxiety worse!
Chamomile tea works pretty well if you're looking for some natural anxiety relief! Of course, what works well for someone might not work well for another! It's all about trying different ones and seeing what works well for you personally!
