Its not necessarily wrong that it's a complex result of processes, but you seem to have no knowledge on the quantitative scale of just how complex it really is. Its single-molecular level wiring with molecular level insulation in between it that simply isn't replicable by machine means. You can't cut a wire that small. Again, I was talking about the future and also: Not everything has to work the same mechanical way in a computer like in a biological brain. I didnt say a human has to be rebuilt a human brain with plastic and metal in a material sense.
Scientists are already coming close to reach rodentbrain complexity. And as you know progress isnt a linear story.
