I mean 1 year ago I had 8.2 pounds more muscle than I do now, I can gain the muscle back, anyone who just simply goes to the gym can gain the muscle back

This is whats happening to me rn
Ive been losing weight steadily for over 2 months and now for the past 2 or 3 weeks ive been gaining slowly but surely
Food is just too good :cry:
