Yeah off days if I’m home n not sweaty I don’t shower

when it rains and there is no tree to seek shelter

Usually 1 time a day. Sometimes without so I guess i shoulda picked the 5-6 times a week option. Its not always needed unless you sweat, always do so on work days, though.

Ah.

After I learned how the Japanese do it, I immediately switched and will never go back.
Take a cold shower to get clean, then immediately take a hot bath to soak and relax.
Do this daily.

Always atleast once, but more often than not twice because working 12 hours I tend to get a little stinky. At times I may skip the morning shower because I wake up at 4am and don’t get home from work til 6:30pm.

Does an oil bath count as a shower? I pull drain plugs out on cars and get covered in oil
